I also worked as an IC and collaborated with over 50 Android developers. Together, we restructured a monolithic codebase into domain-specific modules. This reduced conflicts and improved product quality company-wide. I worked on implementing architectural guidelines. This streamlined development and release processes. I also actively participated in defining new feature requirements for the Getir Food Android team. By creating detailed proposals and RFCs, I tried to influence decision-making across all development teams. Working closely with data analysts, I optimized user experience through A/B testing.
